Ok, so I never would have imagined that changing some of the measurements on the Chocolate Chip Toll House Recipe could make such a difference! And you all know how much I love cookie dough...and cookies.
My friend, Angie from OH, was craving cookies one day and telling me how much she missed her mom's very best recipe. I didn't really believe her until she came over. Sorry, there are no pictures...but you must know that just by posting the recipe it is pretty significant! This is for all the cookie monsters out there! Enjoy!
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs
Cream above ingredients and then add:
3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
The dry ingredients should be sifted and then added slowly to the other mixture.
At the end you can add the chocolate chips.
Hmm...you'll have to make us some. :-)
