* 2 cups of flour
* 2 eggs
* 2 cups buttermilk
* 2 Tblsp. sugar
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1 tsp. baking soda
* 2 T oil or applesauce
Method: Mix dry ingredients first and then the rest. Heat the skillet, grease with a little butter. Add the batter and then arrange blueberries and chocolate chips on the pancake. Fluffy and delicious! Serves 4.
